➔ I don’t have any money

​

Remember: When the WHY is big enough, the HOW doesn’t matter…where there is a will there is a way. Remind them of why they want this and why it is worth doing what they have to, to afford the start-up cost.

1. EX: (NAME), I will tell you professionally, that if you are in a financial situation of not being able to afford the start-up cost, then   you need this opportunity more than anyone else.

2. EX: Tell them a story about someone you have met or work with in the business that is making some serious money but first      did not have any money and found a way to come up with it.

3. EX: Try suggesting some ways to come up with the money, selling something, borrowing, credit card, a free cash app that’s       paying out etc. and then reassure them how easy it is to make back their money and even double it with just one referral.

➔ I don’t have any time

​

Remember: No one that starts this business has time that is the whole reason to start this. To change the lack of time and financial freedom one has. Time freedom and financial freedom have to be achieved over time as long as the effort is put forward its fine to only be able to put in minimal time, but to make it happen you do have to set some time aside and as you become more successful more time can be put aside.

1. EX: Sometimes you have to be willing to give up a little bit of free time to become successful. This is a business that you can start part time, do it whenever you have time. The effort that you choose to put in is what you will get out of it, but you have to understand that if you treat it like a hobby, you'll get paid like a hobby, and if you treat it like a business, it will pay you for your efforts.

2. EX: You can run this business a few hours a week. If you don’t have any time then that is the exact reason that you need to start this business to grow an additional income that will allow you to do more of the things you want to do as it produces a second stream of income for you and your family. That is what most people want to do, take care of their family. If I show you how to work fewer hours, but work effectively, would that interest you?

3. EX: Tell them a story about someone you have met or work with in the business or your own personal experience of working this business part- time when you or the person you know could and how they became successful over time even with the minimal effort put forward when they first got started.

Remember: It takes time to understand everything, you are learning new skills in a new industry, but every single question has an answer and letting them know that and reassuring them you are completely open to answering all their questions is the best way to set a comfortable patient vibe to the conversation.

1. EX: Hey (NAME) I know how you feel, I felt the same way when I got started, but now that I have been doing this for some time I know what you will learn and I will help you understand as you grow in your business.

2. EX: Ask them specifically what they do not understand and then explain in detail for them or show them if you can/need to.

➔ I don’t believe this is real

Remember: There are already thousands of people finding success with this opportunity. So it isn’t a matter of if it’s real or if it works, it’s a matter of if it’s going to work for them and if it’s going to be the right fit for them.

1. EX: Offer to physically meet up to talk about the business, or a phone call if you can’t meet up so you can be on a more personal level and show them you are real and you are a real person benefitting from this opportunity.

2. EX: Lay down the facts, there is nothing fake about a roadside assistance company offering a high paying referral program. That’s all it is. Show them the BBB web page for MCA show they have an A+ rating. Talk about the history and how long the company has been around. Mention the fact we file taxes every year and when you join you have to fill out a tax form.

3. EX: You can show proof if you want/need to either yours or another business partner to show them what is possible and that these payments are real.

4. EX: Talk about the friends you've made, the culture, and how being a part of the company has improved and impacted your life for the better. Humanize yourself to your prospects they want to know you are real and just like them, because they don’t want to feel like they can’t do this they want to feel level with you, which will give them the confidence in themselves that they CAN do this.

➔ I don't think I can do this.

​

Remember: If you can do this then your prospects can surely do it as well, you aren’t any different than them you just know you have potential and are using it. Let them know this. You are just a normal person who is learning to do this too and there is no reason they can’t do this if someone like you can, they can too!

​

1. EX: Saying you CAN’T do something is an excuse. I want to know if you are really serious about becoming a business owner. 95% of Americans live paycheck to paycheck and the other 5% are building real wealth by owning their own business, success is tough and so is being broke, which end would you rather be on?

2. EX: Don’t quit before you even try, If you think you can’t do it then you won’t, but if you have an open mind and bet on yourself and believe in the goals you really want to make happen then saying you can’t is just you holding yourself back. Don’t limit your potential because you are afraid of not succeeding, it’s just a mindset, change the negativity and I guarantee you CAN do this, just try it.

FOLLOW THIS RULE: No Convincing! They have to want this. THEY have to see the opportunity as an opportunity not a risk and the only way to get someone to do something is for them to WANT to do it for themselves.

➔ I've been burned before / Lost Money...

​

Remember: People who have been through an online opportunity before will definitely shy away from it again but it doesn’t mean they can’t be persuaded to try again.

1. EX: Please (NAME) don't walk away from this because you have had a bad experience with another company. We all have bad past experiences, but most of the time it doesn’t stop us. If you’re favorite restaurant disappointed you one time that doesn’t mean you are never going to go back to your favorite restaurant.

2. EX: If you try this and decide it’s really not for you than you can cancel, you are never locked into a contract and the month you cancel you can get your money back for that month. Remember you are paying for the benefits this company offers, having that coverage in case something happens is not a loss in money at all, your money goes back to you in the form of the benefit coverage and when you make referrals the company rewards you for that, the only thing you are risking is what you could have done for yourself with this opportunity if you choose to walk away from it.

3. EX: Look (NAME) I understand having a bad experience with online business in the past, but that is the past, something obviously struck your interest with this, that means you still believe you can make your financial freedom a reality. I will dedicate my time to helping you succeed; I have lots of training and resources including an entire team of other people besides myself, willing to help you succeed. One bad experience should not dictate your future success, so why not just give it a shot, this time it will be different I will make sure of that.

➔ Is this Multi­Level Marketing (MLM)?

​

Remember: You need to know the difference between an MLM and a pyramid scheme, pyramid schemes are illegal and don’t ever have an actual product they are just a money trap. MLM is a business strategy that basically has multiple levels of earners and cuts out the middle man and allows people like us to earn money instead of the money going back into the company it goes to us and as you earn more you can level up in the company but everyone starts off from the same point and their success is completely up to them as an individual, unlike a job where it is more shaped like a pyramid…rich at the top poor at the bottom. NOTE: MCA really isn’t MLM it’s just a roadside assistance company with other benefits, discounts and services that offers a great referral program and chance to accumulate residual income.

1. EX: Why do you ask? (Let them answer, they will tell you what they know) This is not MLM, this is Network Marketing OR this is Social Affiliate Marketing. We are like Amazon.com …Amazon.com meets Facebook. We get paid total sales volume, just like any other business just for referrals, most companies have some form of referral program, and this one specifically has a high paying one.

2. EX: Explain to them what an MLM is and how MCA is different in the fact it’s just a referral program.

➔ How do I know if it will work?

​

1. EX: This will work by making the decision that you will be successful. The company provides enough avenues to build this as well as support, that if you're teachable and willing to learn from those who have already succeeded, you too will be successful

2. EX: This business is learnable, doable, and then teachable, If you decide this is going to work and you won’t accept anything less you will succeed, failure is a part of success each time you try something and it doesn’t work that is just one method you can knock off, failure isn’t negative it is an important part of success. It’s up to you to make this work, the facts are this works for me and also does for countless other people so the question isn’t will it work, it’s will it work for you? You can be one of the countless successful people too you just have to decide to do so.

➔ I need to research this first

​

Remember: Don’t ever let people tell you this and go off on their own research because most people will search for the negatives and they will find them and then any hope of that person actually trying the opportunity will be gone. You can literally search for a negative review or opposing opinion on any topic!

1. EX: The best way for me to help you make an educated decision is to personally spend whatever time is necessary to answer all of your questions, let me be your resource for your research, what questions do you have?

2. Ex: Direct them to your company website or websites if they need multiple pages of information.

➔ I already own my own business / In a Networking Company

​

1. EX: That is great! You are already on your way to success. I don't know if you knew this, but almost every single successful businessperson has multiple avenues of income. They learned that you never put all your eggs in one basket. This usually means that they ALWAYS have money coming in, even if one of their avenues isn't making money one month, the others are, and so perhaps this new opportunity can be another stream of income for you.

2. EX: What do you like best about what you are currently doing? What do you like worst about what you are doing? (This way they tell you exactly what they want) Then you can assess if MCA will fit into their business goals and you can show them how the opportunity with MCA can be something that can help them get what they want.

3. EX: If nothing else talk to them about just getting the benefits and having that coverage because everyone can use a roadside assistance company in their back pocket. Be prepared for the unexpected MCA is one of those resources you want to have and not use rather than not have when you need them.

➔ I want to talk to my spouse

​

Remember: It’s fine if they want to talk to their significant other before making the jump, respect that they want to talk to their spouse but direct them in a way they understand no one else’s opinion even their spouses should stop them from going after success. Only positives can come from this opportunity.

1. EX: That is great, two heads are better than one! But honestly, if your (wife/husband) decided not to do this, chances are you would still want to follow through with it yourself, right? You obviously understand what a fantastic opportunity this is. Once you have your website set up, you will be in a better position to SHOW your (wife/husband) how this program works opposed to trying to relay all the information you have from this call. So let’s get you started so you can sit down with your (wife/husband) and show them everything as soon as they get there.

2. EX: I understand why you need to talk to your (wife/husband), okay, but let’s look at two things you are trying to do now. You are trying to start your own business and make more money for BOTH of you. It is a business decision and chances are she/he will be supportive of any decisions that will better your situation. So unless it will take food off your table or strap your family financially, let’s go ahead and at least get you your spot (offer package you think is in their comfort zone….either be an associate or don’t be one and talk about how them signing up means they can sign their spouse up for the benefits and boom first sale!)

➔ I need to think about it

​

Remember: Yes people are busy and need time to think about making a decision but really it shouldn’t take that long you either want to do it or you don’t there is no in between.

1. EX: I already know you want to make more money with your own business and I'm sure you can see yourself making more money with this company. It sounds to me like you still have some questions. Now is the best time to get all the information, you have my undivided attention so please ask away.

2. EX: Alright (NAME) I will follow up with you in a day or two, don’t over think this though, you either want to give it a shot or you don’t, it’s a small investment that can give you a big return, great benefits and your freedom.

➔ Send me something in writing

​

Remember: You can most likely tell how skeptical they are and if they are that skeptical don’t work too hard to present the opportunity and definitely don’t waste time persuading, some people just aren’t cut out for this business and you will know pretty quickly if they aren’t.

1. EX: We have printed materials, but in today’s world with everything moving online, it’s easiest for you to see what we having going on if I can direct you to a website. (Find out what they want to know more about and direct them to the appropriate site…)

➔ What if I want to quit?

​

Remember: If someone is asking this before they even start they are probably just wondering what their out is if they need one. If they are wanting to quit and are already a member just talk to them and see why they want to quit and if there is anything you can do to help them solve their problem that’s making them want to quit or see if they want to switch plans and do the cheaper one to just have the benefits because they should at least keep their benefits even if they want to give up on the opportunity.

1. EX: I don't want you to think about quitting before you even get started, but if you truly want to quit, there is no problem. There are no contracts, or long term commitments, you just have to call the company and cancel your membership.

➔I don't like being pressured

​

Remember: Don’t come off like this to begin with, have a sense of urgency to push them in the direction they need to go in, sometimes people just need a little push to do something good for themselves but even with have a little urgency don’t ever come off pushy or as if you are pressuring your prospect.

1. EX: Please don't mistake my enthusiasm for pressure; I'm just excited about this business. I am on your team, and we will build this business together. By getting into this business you are hiring me to work for you. We are a team. You choosing me as your mentor means you have my time =]

2. EX: Hey (NAME), decision making can be gut wrenching, I know. I was once in your position. I had to make the same decision to get started. Honestly I waited to join this business too because I was unsure about it, I didn’t join for a few months and that is my BIGGEST regret, I wish I had just joined when I was first presented the opportunity. I am here to help you not pressure you, are there any questions I can answer for you?

➔ I can’t sell / I don’t like to sell / I don’t like sales

​

Remember: MCA is just a referral process, this isn’t a product company where you sell, sell, sell, yes you do have to sell one of the memberships to receive a payment but you learn to bring people to you, and then you refer them to the opportunity and benefits.

1. EX: We aren’t actually selling at all. Every day we recommend things to our friends and family like a good movie or restaurant, here we just get paid for it. I recommend this to my friends, family and anyone else I meet because I personally fell in love with it…it’s not like you have to go door to door selling Girl Scout cookies. Now you have the opportunity to start your own business simply by just referring others to the company benefits and opportunity.

FOLLOW THIS RULE: Remember, we are not telling and selling. We are sharing and caring. I know sounds silly but seriously we are not sales pitching and telling people to do this we are building a community and a team and you refer something because you trust it and you believe in it there for the people you come in contact with and refer to, you care about, unless you wouldn’t refer something that could potentially benefit them if you didn’t care about them.

➔ I don’t want to bother my friends

​

Remember: Sadly friends and family will usually be the last people to support you; they support and even join you after they see your success, sometimes that is just how success is, but that is why you have a team and a community for support.

Remember: The potential in online and offline marketing is infinite, there are so many people in Canada and the US that can benefit from this company, we can do this business entirely without ever talking to friends and family about it.

*So two ways you can go- either talk to them about how it’s important to try and market to friends just because you care and want them to benefit, or shy away from it completely.*

At first I didn’t bother sharing with my friends, but as I grew my business my mindset changed 180 degrees when I saw how this company positively impacted thousands of people’s lives and my own! Obviously I want my friends to be the ones benefitting from this opportunity, so why wouldn’t you?
